In 2009, the company was bought by SUCO Robert Scheuffele GmbH & Co. KG, a German based company. With similar values and methods of business, SUCO saw ESI as the perfect acquisition. SUCO is primarily in the market place fulfilling the need for high volume, low cost pressure switches and transducers. The SUCO Group now supports the global pressure industry with branches in USA and France, as well as HQ in Germany and of course, ESI Technology in the UK.
