The GD4200-USB
The Dynamic GD4200-USB Transducer is a digital pressure measurement system, comprising of a pressure transducer and software, which has been designed with “plug and play” in mind. Thanks to the ESI-USB software, the unit can simply be connected to the pressure source, and plugged into your laptop, tablet or PC for instant live pressure readouts from vacuum to 5000 bar.
Multiple Readouts
Up to 16 pressure inputs can be connected and monitored at the same time. The software recognises the transducer by serial number. This ID can than be easily changed, making multi pressure port monitoring more convenient than ever.
SOS Technology
The use of Silicon-on-Sapphire (SOS) sensor technology ensures exceptional performance and outstanding stability throughout our USB range. The combination of Silicon and Sapphire offers excellent heat resistance, insulation and elasticity, meaning the sensor can operate consistently over a very wide temperature range without loss of performance . The titanium diaphragm the sensor is bonded to also offers protection from high overpressures, very low hysteresis and great corrosion resistance and chemical compatibility.
High Speed and Accuracy
With a standard accuracy rate of 0.15%, the GD4200-USB is an ideal solution for high accuracy, test and measurement applications. Offering excellent temperature co-efficiency, the USB offers reliable data at up to 21 bit resolution and user selectable speeds up to 1,000Hz.
Recordable Custom Data
The ESI-USB software allows you to generate customised test reports and certification using your own specified test parameters and company logos and branding. Test templates can be created and saved for future use, and reports can be exported in a file format of your choosing for easy reporting.
Cost Effective
Data Logging can be an expensive game.. Thanks to the portable and self contained nature of the GD4200-USB there is no need for costly I/O interface boards, making it one of the most cost effective logging solutions on the market.
